I am drawn to still images — moments that feel like a snapshot from a film. Scenes and landscapes, often devoid of people, where you sense that something is about to happen or has just occurred. It is the atmosphere and mood that intrigue and inspire me, whether in painting, photography, or film. Realistic, yet imbued with a sense of alienation, my works convey a feeling of silence and tension, with an underlying suggestion that something more lies beneath the surface.
