Marina Gromova was born in 1954 in Leningrad in the family with a few generations of sculptors, so Marina spent a lot of time in creative studios as a kid. She loved to draw and sculpt since her childhood. She lived with parents in China for 3 years, where she was imbued with oriental culture. She traveled a lot around her country with her parents and, over time, it became her way of life as a nomad artist.
After graduating from the Stieglitz Art Academy, she worked by profession, and in her free time she painted for her soul. Passion for oriental culture together with trips to unique places in India, life in the mountains and meditation helped Marina to express her creativity in deep alive images filled with inner light.
There is also a place for graphics, painting, and decorative crafts in the work of Marina. Her project "Living stones" has existed for many years. Being an experienced coach and teacher, she shares her experience with many students. Marina has been teaching her own method of art therapy since 2000, together with intuitive painting and painting on stones.
