Mark Daulat

I am a contemporary visual artist currently based in Dubai. My work focuses on the human psyche, emotion, and psychological realism through expressive figurative portraiture created primarily using charcoal and pastels on canvas.

My artworks explore themes of vulnerability, contemplation, obsession, identity, and emotional tension, often using monochromatic atmospheres and raw expression to create emotionally immersive visual narratives.

I have exhibited internationally across India and the UAE, including at World Art Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah Fine Arts Festival, and have held a solo exhibition at Lalit Kala Akademi. I am also a recipient of the Prafulla Dahanukar Gold Award in Painting (India, 2016).

Through my practice, I aims to create artwork that is emotionally honest, psychologically engaging, and deeply human.
