Maurice Mutua

Born in 1993, Maurice Mutua is a London based artist from Kenya whose works explore contemporary psychological and political tensions. He earned his BA Hons from City and Guilds of London Art School, where he received the Board of Trustees Award and where he is currently completing his MFA. Mutua's work has been featured in notable exhibitions including The Bedford Row Show (following a 2025 ASC Studios residency ), Rochester Art Fair and Flava at the Handbag Factory. Upcoming exhibitions include a group show at TWO-PLUS-TWO Acme studios in June and the graduate MFA Degree show in September.
