Meg Watson lives and paints in Ramsgate on the East Kent coast. She grew up in London, living for many years in Brixton where she trained as a teacher and worked in many different schools before relocating in 2015 to the coast. She has been painting and drawing all her life and studied for four years under renowned Scottish abstract painter, Joe Allen, at Silverland Studios. Meg Watson is a passionate environmental and climate activist. Her grief for the loss of species, flora and fauna and the degradation of Earth's living systems is reflected in her work, which often present as landscapes. Her work was featured on the set of Killing Eve (series one).
