Maria Magenta

Born 1992, Lychen, Brandenburg, Germany Maria Magenta is a French and Russian artist who lives and works in Paris. Maria is interested in depiction of the human condition and presence. The artist also juxtaposes the everyday moments of life, landscape and nature with a systematic and specific approach, often manipulating perspective and space with colours and patterns. The light, colour, composition, the inner state of the model, the difference between animate and inanimate becomes important when working on nude models. The painting becomes an object of philosophy and reflection.
