Michael Gane is a British fine art photographer whose work explores silence, scale, and the emotional weight of built space. His images focus on architecture, minimal landscapes, and transitional places—locations shaped as much by absence as by presence.

Working with natural light and muted tonal palettes, Gane creates photographs that feel suspended in time. Human figures are rarely present; when they are, they appear small, reinforcing themes of solitude, reflection, and quiet tension between people and their environments.
