Michael Fate

I am a Russian artist and writer from Argentina. I often resent the fact that contemporary artists very rarely turn inside themselves, but follow trends imposed by Instagram and Tiktok. I believe that a real artist should write about what he or she really cares about. Therefore, in my paintings I try to show exactly what I have inside, the very essence of feelings and emotions that overwhelm me in a fit of creative madness. My pictures are not alike one another, so I cannot be in one style or format. Each image in my head is a reflection of the reality that my subconscious mind absorbs in the real world, books or paintings. Sometimes it turns into a painting or a series of paintings, other times I write a short story, and sometimes it comes to expression in the form of a comic book or a short film.

Bachelor's degree in Art History and Master's degree in Design at Altai State University.
