I was born to paint.
I paint for a living, I live because I am an artist.

A teacher once said to me, ‘You are talented, but you need to make a choice: between having a family and being an artist’. Without any hesitation, I answered - I would have both. Now, I have 10 wonderful children, a man I love and I have created more than 600 paintings over the course of 8 years. My work is bought by women like me: women who do not want to give up opportunities; women who do not want to have to choose between the happiness of being a mother and the happiness found in art - they buy my paintings when they awaken and shake off the oppression of old traumas. My paintings energise, through the colour and joy interwoven throughout. My paintings are bought by women when they are immersed in the task of self-improvement. The whales from my paintings, that once carried me on their backs from such deep immersion and gave me strength, now pass this strength on and inspire others to believe in themselves. My paintings are bought by women who have reconciled and accepted themselves, learned to love and be the conduits of love. I was born in Ukraine, in the historical city of Lviv. Having spent all my childhood among beautiful examples of architecture, I have absorbed the spirit of European art, from Gothic to modern. After school I enrolled on an architectural design undergraduate course at Lviv Polytechnic National University. My favourite subjects were the history of art and architecture, design graphics and hands on subjects like drawing and painting, but I became fascinated with the theory of composition. As I was finding out more about the concept of artistic composition, I began to apply this knowledge in my personal creativity, I came to realise that I am more interested in it than in architecture. While still a student, I began to work as a freelancer designing graphic projects. For several years I taught theory of composition and graphic design at IT Academy STEP. In 2007 I gave birth to my first child and it changed me and my life forever.
