Misha Venegoni

Misha Venegoni is a self-taught, Bangladeshi-born visual artist currently living and working in New York. Her intricate mixed-media works explore the intersections of personal memory, cultural identity, and emotional transformation. Utilizing a precise combination of micron pens, fine graphite linework, colored pencils, and acrylics, Venegoni creates layered, symbolic compositions that range from raw and deeply reflective to satirical and insightful.

Much of her art centers around the feminine spirit, healing, and reclaiming space as an immigrant woman of color. Heavily inspired by nature, poetry, and the subconscious, each piece functions as a quiet yet powerful visual meditation. She frequently bridges the gap between the artwork and the observer by integrating reflective materials directly into her compositions, transforming individual narratives into shared, introspective dialogues.
