Mm Eskelin

Michele grew up in the Puget Sound area and was a ballet dancer for 16 years until an injury ended her career.
While attending college in 2002, Michele enrolled in a drawing class as an elective. The professor recognized her natural talent and encouraged her to pursue further education in art. Michele was introduced to Ina Wu and studied under her for a year in watercolor and was a featured artist in the Olympic College Annual Student Art Exhibit.
Michele moved to Florida, and feeling uninspired mostly abandoned her artistic endeavors. Years later, Michele was invited to a private viewing of a Frida Kahlo de Rivera exhibition at the Salvador Dali Museum in St Petersburg, Florida. This event provided inspiration and renewed her interest in creating art. She experimented with multiple mediums and styles, and currently enjoys painting in abstract with acrylic on canvas as an expression of her dreams, intuition, and an outlet for her anxiety.
