I am a mouth artist by profession that fell ill at the age of 11 with poliomyelitis which resulted in paralysis of all four extremities.  Despite being handicapped I attended primary and secondary education in several districts in Malawi and finally completed secondary education in 1994.  Soon after I completed secondary education, I made my first attempt at mouth painting. With diligence and application I succeeded in constantly improving the technique. I am an extraordinaire artist because I have got an in-born talent of using my mouth to paint, not my hands as most painters do. I am married to Martha and we have 4 children together -  2 girls and 2 boys.
