Can you see me? Becomes my first question to the individual who stops to view my work. But do you really see me? I believe I am ready to start writing, about the "Creatives" . I actually feel odd to even place my name into that grouping, but you would need to know so much more. I started as a dreamer, age 4- 5. Placed into a box, in which that was the only title given.
Let's jump years and years ahead to what I know and what you see. I am prolific, I do want perfection out of myself. I could go in many directions with this. As a Mother, instructor, wife, friend, and all things in between I give all.
As far as the differences you view in my art, it is a product of how my brain works. I have learned to accept this and just to go with it. When many ask me, why don't you do one thing? The answer is very simple, I can't.
If I do l it would actually stifle and cause me an inner pain. I can can change media, materials, subject at the drop of a hat. I love to be challenged with problem work. I desire to create and continue to grow. But don't place me in one box.
I can easily fix things, crochet, stain glass, clay work, weld, sculpt, jewelry, woodwork, paint, draw, and some day will fly. Enjoy my space, feel free to ask questions.
My teaching in the studio, is to teach techniques, but far more to aid in creativity. Without the creative mind, we do not have discoveries.

So many events coming up for me and my work. I find I would rather paint then list everything.
I have a group show of flora and fauna.
I have a one person show of just my landscapes in August.
Prior to the August show there will be pieces going out for exhibit and definitely for sale.
Plus, June 2021 my husband has his first solo show! So happy he has entered more of my art world. Find him on Saatchi as Ron Bossert, but he uses his Mother's maiden name to sign and identify his work "Figlio". Give him a shout out. He has sold six paintings since he started his new passion.
I will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

Constantly active in the art market and gallery scene. I cannot fit all exhibitions into this space. I provide and support work for numerous causes. One in particular is "The Chemo bag". I also belong to fiber arts groups in which I have a body of wearable fiber arts; including Hats, wraps, poncias, headbands, and more. I also have a stoneware line. These above areas are also collectible and carried in galleries.
I have one open studio event a year, "From My Hands to Yours". This year it will be held at my studio on October 15th, 2017.
I also taught for DeSales University from 1987 - 2012, all fine arts and art history.
I teach private and semi private classes in my studio, and have been doing this since 1978. I specialize in college portfolio preparation
I welcome any comments and questions.
