Nino Gudadze

Nino Gudadze is a self-taught artist based in Tbilisi, Georgia, whose work explores the intricate relationship between nature and color. After beginning her artistic path at the age of 27, she developed a research-driven practice that focuses on the systematic study of natural forms and their chromatic variations.

Gudadze works primarily in oil on canvas and MDF board, as well as soft pastels on paper. Her practice is defined by a commitment to series-based exploration, allowing for a deep investigation of specific seasonal landscapes and floral compositions.

Her style is characterized by expressive brushwork and a textured application of medium that bridges the gap between physical accuracy and atmospheric light.
