Nina Murashkina

“I interpret reality according to my perception and recreate it in my works. The main character is a woman. The woman I express in my work is a powerful entity, a type of triumphant divinity, she can ride an animal or a wise man, or entire world.
This representation of women, in my opinion, is feminist. And it’s magical because it enhances feminine qualities from a mythical point of view.”

2000 – 2005 – Studied at Donetsk Art College (Graphics Design).
2005 – 2009 – Studied at Kharkiv Art Design Academy (Monumental Painting).
2011 – Studied at Kyiv Art Academy (Stage Design and Film)
2012 – Poland, Krakow. Art Academy of Jan Mateyko.
2009 – became a member of National State Artists Union.
2009 – became a member of Independent Artists Union.
