Noe Art

Based in Japan having started life in London and then spending time (some prolonged) in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Miami and others locations.

Apart from the art work my wife and i enjoy food/wine, travel and cars (myself). Music including events.

I state my wife as i look at the art work as a team as she helps promote and market the art whilst i enjoy the design side - both sides of equal importance if you want to make sales.

Design/art eduction:

- Abstract and street art painting since early 90's in London. Graffiti starting foundation and progressed through the years as moved into Asia and Japan. Now enjoying to create dimensional abstract works using layers of texture and materials = wood, plastic, metal etc. Size of works are unfortunately limited to available space

- There is no uniform design/similarity to the works produced as to have a single style and keep churning out interpretations of that same style is neither original or interesting. Low boredom threshold, if to be believed, maybe a culprit.

Art school/training:

- No formal education in the arts. Self taught/learned from years of street painting / graffiti in London and then continuously experimenting

- 2015 National Art Centre Tokyo : 15th Annual aids charity exhibition with 2 selected items displayed
