Nugzari Novikoff

Based in Brooklyn, Frankfurt, and Antibes, I grew up in Tbilisi, Georgia, surrounded by books and images of the old masters. Even as a child, I spent hours redrawing classical paintings from my family’s large library.

Later, I studied economic relations and moved to Frankfurt, Germany, where I founded a small advertising agency and worked on various creative projects — from custom T-shirts to film set design.

In 2015, I began painting with oil and selling small cityscapes at design markets in Germany. An art collector once advised me to gain more professional experience and exhibit at international art fairs — advice that changed the course of my life.

Since then, I have participated in numerous international art fairs and exhibitions in France, Germany, Georgia, Switzerland, and the United States.
