About Nurilya Shogelbayeva

Daughter of Nomads, born and raised in the heart of the Middle East. My creative journey began in the heart of Rome, studying fine arts and art history. I continued my education in the fashion and design capital - Milan, graduated from IED Milano with a BA in Graphic Design. Immediately after, I got an internship in Italian Shoe company Racine Carrée, which later turned into full-time job experience. Collaborated with Vogue Italia for editorial projects with Racine Carrée; Completed MA program Fashion Media Production in London College of Fashion with a diploma project on Augmented Reality fashion magazine. By the end of the day, my real-life passion stays traditional oil painting, transferring my wide knowledge in Fashion Media world to Oil on Canvas. Painting with oil colours is an absolutely magical and self-exploring process. I am proud to have a desire to work with my hands every single day, therefore I choose an artist pathway from a very young age. My interest in fashion guides me to create elegant and sophisticated oil paintings
