Ola Lune

I am a professional artist working with an impressionist wet-on-wet watercolor technique. While classical watercolor inherently breathes, the fluid nature of the medium often limits the expression of a distinct artistic signature compared to oil or acrylic. To establish a truly recognizable individual voice, I intentionally depart from traditional academic watercolor methods and introduce my own technique. My work is also entirely separate from botanical illustration, which leans strictly toward dry graphics.

My art captures the profound stillness and warmth I experience when observing nature. I consciously paint flowers on a large scale. This magnification is a deliberate choice to make people stop, notice, and connect with the raw beauty and emotional warmth that the natural world holds.
