Olga Velikaya

I am a global artist currently based in Muscat, Oman. I am painting the world the way I feel it. My main inspiration comes from nature and culture. My paintings could be described as peaceful, inspiring and soulful, and they have a magnetic pull because of the captivating color scheme and intricate use of brushstrokes. I tend to use pastel colors and abstract impressionism because it focuses more on feelings rather than shapes, forms, details and exact colors.

I finished an art school in Ukraine. Then, I had a long time during which I didn’t paint. Five years ago, I started actively painting again and participating in various art events.
