Olivera Cavrić

Olivera Cavric is an academically trained painter and digital artist. After an early career in painting and graphic design within visual communication and marketing, she has been working independently since 2017 as an artist, designer, and visual arts educator. Her practice integrates painting, digital art, and material experimentation. Through layered compositions using acrylic, pastel, collage, and mixed media, she explores perception, tension, and the relationship between fragment and wholeness. Her work is rooted in a refined inquiry into visual language and its capacity to construct meaning. It reflects on universal conditions of human experience, presence, emotion, and inner equilibrium, through a reduced yet conceptually charged visual vocabulary. Emerging from an ongoing investigation of perception and inner structures of awareness, her cycle Beneath the Illusion positions painting as a space where surface and depth, material and immaterial, converge.

Graduated Painting and Graphic Design 2003. in Skopje, at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting in the class of prof. Dušan Perčinkov.
