Opeyemi Aremu, a Nigerian artist hailing from Ogbomoso, state, was born in April 2000. His creative journey commenced in childhood, using craft and milk tins to construct unique toys due to financial constraints. This early passion for creation fueled his interest in visual representation. In secondary school, he delved into comic art, ,he enrolled in art shop owned by Mr. Adegoke Adekola. And he was
mentored by artists like Lamino, Mr. Olojo K.K, Oyekale Oluwasegun, Jideonwor Gabriel, and Samson Bakare. As a contemporary and figurative expressionist painter, Opeyemi Aremu is a full-time practicing artist with his studio located in Lagos. His journey reflects resilience, resourcefulness, and a deep commitment to the craft.
Enrolled in Lagos State Polytechnic , he earned his N.D certificate with upper credit in art and industrial design
