This is a God Given Gift. I am disabled due to a spinal cord injury in a MVA and I am selling my artwork as a way to supplement my disability income of $800.00 a month, that is before they take out my Medicare insurance which is a joke and useless but costs me 128.00 a month. So what is left over is what they expect me to live on a month. Due to my age I had just started to pay in on social security. I was placed on disability against my wishes by a judge who ended my ability to work by ordering permanent total disability. I was in my 30s when the car accident almost severed my spinal cord. I had emergency surgery and my work career ended.

My education was not in art. I had spent years raising my son and taking 24 credit hours a semester and graduated with highest honors. I had always been able to draw and paint and had donated my gift to the local theatre and as gifts to others who requested them. Now my education is useless since I am no longer able to work.
