George Pandazis

George Pandazis is a visual artist, critical pedagogue, and researcher based in Rethymno, Crete. He graduated with honors from the School of Fine Arts in Florina and holds a Master’s degree in Critical Pedagogy from the University of Crete. Currently, he is a PhD candidate at the University of Crete.

His work has been showcased in major exhibitions and fairs, including Art-Athina, and he has held seven solo exhibitions in galleries in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Rethymno. Recognized in international biennials, Pandazis has been active as an art educator since 2018, while also organizing artistic residencies and workshops. He collaborates with leading Greek galleries and is a researcher at the Center for the Study and Research of the History of Education at the University of Crete.
