Paolo Cacciapaglia

My photographic research is based on the attempt to create visual impressions, digital photos as if they were paintings. Strong colors and saturated, or delicate tonal gradations. Intense sunlight, or soft and surreal atmospheres. I do not use Photoshop and I make no manipulation. All my pictures are made with techniques applied during shooting, the next phase of processing is, in fact, very simple, based on slight adjustments to color and contrast.
Many of my photos are, essentially, the visions of a dreamer.

My studies, in fact, had nothing to do with the art, I have done many different crafts, but then I discovered a passion for photography, which I have studied for many years, privately.
I am a self-taught, that's all.
The passion for art in general I've always had, and much admiration for the great artists of the Renaissance, where I get inspiration for all the images to which I gave a pictorial impression, keeping in each case a personal style.
