I was born in Derby (England) in the 1960's and in my 20's I worked professionally for a number of years as the City of Derby's Pavement Artist and was even on the Thames Television (UK) show 'What's My Line' as a pavement artist and beat the panel.
Recently, I designed a number of indic fonts that have been used in films, books, papers, posters, magazines and so on and of the top five Punjabi fonts used on the Internet, I have the top three places with 'GHP Full', 'Gurvetica' and 'Raaj'.
I now work in oils on canvas and wooden panel, including projects that use only the materials that were available at the beginning of the 15th century (you can see original 15th century works in the National Gallery so we know that this technology represents an investment that will outlive many generations to come).
My styles cover Anthropomorphic and non-Representational Abstract, through surrealism to that of the works of the 15th and 16th Century Dutch and Elizabethan artists.
I did Graduateship of the Royal Society of Chemistry at what is now the University of Derby.
In 2016 I exhibited one of my Netherlandish paintings in Derby Museums and Art Galleries central Derby site for several months and it created a great deal of interest which led me to think about selling online.
