Paulo M Godoy

My name is Paulo Martins Godoy and I was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. My interest in photography began in childhood when I was ten years old, my father – a photography enthusiast who also painted as a hobby – lent me a Kodak Hobby 35mm camera, and during two school trips I took my first photographs. Later, I graduated in Advertising, but it was through photography classes in college that I found my main form of expression.

Since 2012, when I acquired my first camera, photography has been part of my daily life, both in commercial work and personal projects. My interests range from urban photography and landscapes to abstract images and product photography, always exploring light, composition, and visual storytelling.

The print and certificate of authenticity are verified with a uniquely numbered Hahnemühle hologram and signed by me. I produce museum-quality fine art prints with the goal of creating images that are visually strong, timeless, and capable of quietly transforming a space.
