I am a self taught artist and achieved 'o' level art at college in the Isle of Man, and was born in Zambia, Africa where my father worked on the copper belt, mining.
I've just turned 60 and have enjoyed painting, mainly with oil paint on canvas, and some water colour and acrylic, but prefer to use oils as the colour you mix is the way it dries on the canvas.
I enjoy the art of Monet, Turner, Picasso, Kandinsky, Van Gough and many other great artists, who inspire me to be creative in my own artwork.
King Williams Collage, IOM. UK.
I did not do any further studies, and now wish I went to art collage but have still enjoyed just being creative with my art in my own style and technique.
With Folkestone art society and some other local events in the area which hold art exhibitions.
