In a world of constant change and insecurity, we are taught that emotions are harmful and that often we must ignore them and listen to reason. But in a world like this, one of the most precious things we have is our soul. And there is no better way to know and love it than through emotions. That's why my brushstrokes are full of color, and the subject is almost always the woman with a particular focus on the eyes, which I trivially can say is the window to the soul. My paintings are the emotional response of what I observe and through the interpretation, I explore my inner world. Learn to listen to your emotions and you will learn to know yourself. Is there anything more beautiful than living in integrity towards your purpose in life?
I hope that by looking at my paintings, strong emotions arise. Art is beautiful because it gives us questioning. How do you feel?
In 2004 I graduated in visual arts from Valdosta State University in Georgia ( USA ) and in 2007 I obtained a Master’s degree in Visual Arts and painting at LABA ( Libera Academia di Belle Arti ) in Florence, Italy.
