I am a Kibera Nairobi based artist (b.1999).
As a self-taught visual artist I find myself leaning hard towards contemporary figurative paintings.
My works focus on women, men and kids from Africa and the African diaspora, often from my community of kibera.
I include real people I know in my works and hears, sees and even feels the struggles. I mostly portray them in deep reflective thought arranged in vibrant colored hues using a heavier pigment as I gain more and more experience. My paintings are distinctive in their use of colors and more so the roughness of my brush strokes which create the different moods I want to portray.

My works have been featured in several group exhibition including: NYC artwalk, Hamptons fine Art Fair, Hooster New York, as well as in Harlem. Also works have even been displayed at NYC Times Square,Tribeca, Affordable Art Show at the National Museum of Kenya, HOF Gallery Cincinnati, Garden Gallery in Portland, Ardhi Gallery in Nairobi, Charlotte Art Gallery,North Carolina,Community Arts Center of Cambria County, HOF Gallery Kibera also in Nairobi and even featuring works with Kenya Originals' branding and event efforts.
