Ezichi Okoroafor

Ezichi began making portraits of family and friends at around the age of nine, developing a keen eye for detail and structure. Over time, this evolved into a practice rooted in observation and composition across portraiture, architecture, and landscapes.

She reimagines objects, built forms, and scenes through stylization and controlled realism, manipulating visual elements to eliminate distraction, heighten focus, and create contemplative narratives.

Professionally, she works in strategic planning, enterprise transformation, and systems engineering, architecting and implementing solutions for organizational efficiency. This analytical discipline directly informs her meticulous approach to visual composition.
