The Collages by Eric Ruelland are a game with color, but also with structures. The basic material of these collages is the paper palette where the artist spreads and mixes his acrylics colors before putting them on canvas. Mixing the colors, putting them on the brush, are responsible for the circular shapes you see on the paper palette. Eric Ruelland also uses painting knives, which lead to different to different shape on the palette. Because all the paint is not necessarily used, some more or less thick paint is on the palette papers. Some paint mixed with water creates unique design when drying. Eric Ruelland combined these raw materials in his collages, thus creating unique, colorful and lively works of art.
