Marta Monteiro lives and works in Vitória, ES, Brazil. His work consists of showing the relationship between consumption and everyday objects in different forms of appropriation. The investigation starts with the questioning that can come from a geometric shape, historical narratives or economic indicators. Her works use different media such as drawing, painting, collage, objects, space occupation and NFTs. He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts at UFRJ. In 2022, he held an artistic residency at Kaaysá, SP and participated in the 18th UBATUBA Arts Salon, São Paulo. He has works in private collections in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Brasília.
