ABOUT THE ARTWORK

In these works in the collage, I tried to build imaginary characters, they are profoundly influenced by theatre, costumes, and stage design. process of creating these collages requires a lot of time and dedication, to create this kind of work the collage technique is perfect as it gives the right tools to give shape to an imagination. I call them collage paintings as simultaneously they are portraits of characters or views of scenes, they are a result of my attraction toward the theatre world, painting, and costume design.
