I am a mixed media portrait and collage artist based in Gilbert, Arizona, creating contemporary acrylic work with bold color, layered texture, and expressive eyes. My originals combine acrylic paint with collage elements and found materials. Fabric, paper, gel mediums, metallic accents, and vintage pieces show up often. The surface is tactile and meant to be seen up close.
My work is about emotion, memory, resilience, and the beauty inside imperfection. I build in layers, then reveal the story through contrast, texture, and detail.
Two series anchor my practice. Glitter Gals celebrates women and was inspired by my mother. Inner Child explores innocence, strength, and the parts of us we carry forward. My work has been featured at Vertigo Art Gallery in the Roosevelt Arts District in downtown Phoenix, including exhibitions connected to these collections.
I studied at the Atlanta College of Art and completed the workshop program at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design in Washington, DC. Originals and prints are available. Commissions are welcomed when my schedule allows.
