Retired mathematician / computer scientist Gene Norris’s passion is digital painting. Some of his images were originally photos that have been considerably enhanced on a computer; recent work is entirely free-hand digital paintings using image-editing computer software. All are individually printed on demand in signed and numbered limited editions. He is a member of several Florida organizations including SunTan Art Center in St. Pete Beach,The Pinellas Park Art Society, and TESA, The Exhibiting Society of Artists. He is an emeritus member of Sigma Xi, the international honorary scientific research society.He takes pride in delivering stunning, limited edition prints on high-quality Epson Exhibition canvas, up to 24 inches in size. Gene lives in St Petersburg, Florida.
