About The Artwork
Through my studies in figure drawing, I explored my ideas and deepened the meaning behind their gestures. The thorns portray hurt and frustration. In contrast, the magenta theme and petals, represent love and strength. "We may feel pain and sadness, but love will always be there.' This is part of a collection called, 'Thorns and Flowers'.
