Alessandro Corsini is a visual artist working with video, photography and A.I., based in Berlin, Germany. Born in Milan (Italy) in the seventies, having grown up on the pristine beaches of Sardinia, he had his first encounter with B&W film photography during a course at his intermediate school in Maryland, USA. The interest for media has since guided his multifaceted formation, leading him not only to study and work with different media, but actually exploring them through artistic, scientific, and applied arts lenses. His eclectic body of work is a reflection of his free spirit, cosmopolitan upbringing, and interdisciplinary background. His photographic research focuses on fine-art, conceptual works that challenge traditional photographic genres and techniques, in the pursuit of a purely artistic, media-transcendent redefinition of photographic iconicity.
