Red Black .01, I was trying to think of a name I at first called this number 1, because I have different images that are red and black, then I put .01 and I paused, because that could be 1%, and 1% is the number of people that might die from Corona Virus who become very sick. I was doing this art during that time period to relax. It's hard to relax with an unseen virus that might be spread by your loved ones or strangers.-- A portion of the sales will be donated to an appropriate charity. I've made several ebooks (9 at this time) about my art during the Novel Corona Virus Covid-19. The ebooks started off collages, painted paper and canvases and some abstract, then as the virus continued I went more abstract.went to more I also have youtube videos of my art. IF you are interested in a certain type of art look under my "COLLECTIONS". I do abstract painting, digital images, assemblage and collages. The Best Way To Look at ALL of My Art is to look middle right for "ART WORKS", click on that and wait. I am also interested in crypto and crypto art, namely Non Fungible Tokens (NFT) I think it is a new frontier. OpenSea.io/STEVE-P My process: I will "play" with an image, change color or placement, until I think things are just right and the image I end up with is "interesting". I also want the art work to be something that if I bought it I could stand in front of it and notice new things or have new thoughts about the piece at each viewing. In some of my pictures I want you, the viewer, to be sucked into them. I want it to be like you are in a building or museum and something is happening at the other end. You want to walk down the hall in order to get a closer look at the picture. That's one of my goals. Also I have many different things, enhanced photos, frames, paint around my studio with which I can combine images, colors or whatever is available at the time into something new. Many of my digital images are now embellished canvas giclees Limited Editions. I also have Limited Edition embellished prints. My artistic statement , "I want to see deeper and hear deeper".
