This is the 2nd artístic version of my original painting on canvas " The Cry Of The Thrush" One of the compositions created by my mother, Norma Erazo, an international conservatory pianist and composer from Honduras with a doctorate in creative arts, served as the inspiration for this artwork. The melody called "Elegía al Zorzal" was composed for a transverse flute and represents the sorrow of the crying thrush brought on by human-caused deforestation. The tree leaves become black as the deforestation progresses. If you like, you can purchase the music and the artwork together. I can send you the link to video of Cindy Valladares, a Honduran conservatory musician graduated in Costa Rica, playing the melody with a transverse flute. This is a digital painting and will be printed on gallery streched canvas over a wood frame. I will handsign it on the front. Sign and date it on the back.

I am a Honduran architect based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the United States.Back in the 1990s, as an architect, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside my father, a renowned architect in my home country. We journeyed around the world together to see and learn more about beautiful architecture and art that has existed from the beginning of time. During our travels, I enjoyed visiting as many art museums as possible. My personal favorites were the Del Prado Museum in Madrid, the Louvre Museum in Paris, and the Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City.I am a lover of art and architecture history, as well as the styles that have evolved from neoclassicism to modernism, postmodernism, and now the sustainable period. In 1999, I moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and established my own small business decorating interior residential spaces. I began by creating murals and faux finishes for interior walls such as venetian plaster, old world, antique wash, marble textures, and children murals.I currently work as an interior designer among other designers, architects, and service vendor partners.I've had a passion for drawing since I was a child, and after mastering perspectives in design and drawing classes in college, I began painting as a pastime, which has turned into a form of therapy.I am a lover of art and architecture history, as well as the styles that have evolved from neoclassicism to modernism, postmodernism, and now the sustainable period. In 1999, I moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and established my own small business decorating interior residential spaces.
