This work is about women reclaiming their freedom and power. It depicts a man on his knees, giving up arms and surrendering with a cage instead of his head. The bird is symbolic, it is leaving this cage, a construct of society and the government has created for women. Pork blood was used as a collage element and it is the red I this work.
