The work is done on a sheet of paper using a colored pencil. After that, it was translated into digital format and refined. The work depicts a hungry woman with an emphasis on the grain left behind by the occupiers and her soul, which has already forgotten what peace is. The basis is the suffering of the Ukrainian people over the centuries. I want to show how much the Ukrainian people need peace, not only around but also in their hearts. We were tormented by hunger, wars, occupation, but still we stand heroically. I am very grateful to all the defenders of my country and the countries that help us in this extremely difficult time. Together we go to victory, we all really want peace and a peaceful sky. Slava Ukraini!

Ukraine
My name is Stanislav, I come from Ukraine. I make works in different styles and study philosophy. The main aspect of my works is the rethinking of everything human, their vices and feelings. I really like to depict my emotional state during the events that surround me. Now, there is a war in my country, and I see how much my people are suffering. For us, Ukrainians, the support of each of you is very important. We are fighting for our independence and going for the best. I, like every person, long for peace and tranquility on my land and do my best to help the people who protect my country. I reproduce today's problems in my drawings. I hope you will support my works on Saatchi Art. Slava Ukraini!
