ABOUT THE ART: This 5-panel comics page is Page 3 of 4 in the comics strip "Hurt", which was published in Futurequake Press's SOMETHING WICKED 2017 The story (written by Matt Sharp) is about the fallen angel Tilphousia's fall from grace. You may buy a copy of the book on print () or digital () ARTIST'S NOTES: I use natural charcoal-derived ink on standard industry art board. The illustration has a coat of fixative so lines & blacks will remain sharp & dark over the years. There may be a small discoloration spot somewhere on the page, however, where I applied masking fluid. This is normal for traditional comics art, as the fluid makes the illustrator's job less difficult This illustration was drawn on art board specific to professional comic work. Expect to find guides & rulers outside of the art printed in cyan ink.
