About The Artwork
In the series entitled “Journey Through The Universe” I am depicting lovemaking qualities, but also the specific rhythm of any phenomena. Here I am mostly using smaller formats, Chinese woodblock printing or even some old prints which I transform by drawing over it. Shapes are revealed rather than created. They contain ancient messages hidden in the very fabric of material, of lines and colours. Each line is authentic, charged with personal exploration into the fascinating world of ancient knowledge. “...Diving deep… But then we have to move, to open up to the new and unexpected with playfulness and curiosity of a child, spontaneity of a dancing girl, embracing experiences which take us out of our comfort zone.
