This artwork was referenced from a photo taken by Lourie Alex in Burkina Faso. A glance of the picture brought into remembrance the numerous children involved in illegal mining operations in my country Ghana. I believe a lover of this amazing artwork is one that desires to save the environment and put a stop to child labour. This artwork was mainly done with charcoal pencil on cartridge paper.
