ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a portrait of North America's largest bird of prey and the national bird of Mexico, the Golden Eagle. Pen, Archival ink and Watercolor on 140lb. cold-pressed watercolor paper. Artwork comes in a 17" x 14" frame and double matted behind glass. From a short series of bird portraits completed over the summer of 2019. Each portrait gives the animal its own unique expression and attitude. Collect a few to make a set of friends!
