Prevalently, Avagyan is inspired from the Renaissance until 19th century schools of art, simultaneously he is experimenting, exploring, and working within his artwork without keeping a consistent line. His work has been part of several exhibitions throughout Europe and private commissions in the United States. Avagyan has recently been represented by Melograno Art Gallery in Livorno. Along with his artistic career, Avagyan is currently a Professor of Art in Florence.
