Jimi Hendrix Original Ink Drawing Print

This art work of mine is inspired by a personal favourite musician of mine Jimi Hendrix. When drawing this piece I spent a lot of time on the composition, the style and the overall look of the drawing. Focusing on the mid 1960s segment of Hendrix's monumental career I depicted the musician in his world recognised psychedelic acid rock faze which branched the iconic guitar legend into the genre of experimental hard rock and roll. After putting in much effort time and details the finished piece highlights Hendrix at the height of his fame. The original piece was drawn using a variety of Indian inks which gave me the capability to add in detailed and really fine line work in my drawing to ensure every fine line of hair, shading and texturing were included. This would make a great gift for fan of Hendrix, Rock and Roll, or classic music fan, as one myself I found it difficult to find any artworks of this musician and many other musicians that presented a full figured form.
