Erin Donohoe was born in 1983 in Hampshire, UK and is currently based in Surrey outside London. She was a finalist in the Womankind Art & Illustration Award in 2019, and since then has continued to work with the magazine. Erin is an emerging artist, designer and illustrator. She trained at prestigious University Creative Arts in Fashion Design and in Illustration at Central Saint Martins. As an artist, Erin enjoys reflecting real life scenes through her pastel drawings, by exploring with layering colour and focusing on pattern and detail in her unapologetically naive art style. Through her art works, she wants to create a world where perfectionism is obsolete, and originality is ever-present.
