ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I was bored one evening in 1972 when I was age 16 because my boyfriend couldnt meet me, so I sat and concentrated on drawing my left hand. The room was quiet and still, nothing distracted me. I spent several hours doing this and I'm pleased with it now as my skin looks so fresh and young. Now I am age 65 and my hands are a little wrinkled so it is good to remember my youth when I look at this artwork. For a 16 year old I think it is quite good. The picture has weathered well considering it is so old, there are minor signs of wear but it is still in good condition. I am selling it unframed for you to be able to choose a frame to suit your personal taste.
